Providing ongoing, community-based mental wellbeing support for adults in London who are:

  • Experiencing emotional distress, isolation, or burnout
  • Affected by cost-of-living pressure
  • Navigating unemployment, insecure housing, or migration stress
  • Recovering from life disruption (bereavement, relationship breakdown, displacement)

 

1. Community Wellbeing Circles

Weekly or bi-weekly small group sessions

Held in: Community centres and Libraries (TBC)

It will focus on: 

  • Emotional check-ins
  • Coping strategies
  • Peer connection

 

2. One-to-One Wellbeing Check-Ins

  • Non-clinical, supportive conversations
  • Short-term (4 sessions per person)

It will focus on:

  • Emotional grounding
  • Signposting
  • Practical next steps

 

3. Practical Wellbeing Education (London-Relevant)

Workshops such as:

  • Managing stress during financial hardship
  • Emotional wellbeing for migrants & ethnic minorities
  • Burnout, work pressure, and boundary-setting
  • Coping with isolation in urban environments
