Weekly or bi-weekly small group sessions

One-to-One Wellbeing Check-Ins

Non-clinical, supportive conversations

Short-term (4–6 sessions per person)

Practical Wellbeing Education

Managing stress during financial hardship

Emotional wellbeing for migrants & ethnic minorities
